The Shadow of Nothingness, a meditation on capitalism, spirituality, and the need to grasp or excavate purpose while facing the dread of existence, futility, and the shadow of death—all written in the form of Yelp reviews.
Also, with Baker, Degnan is the co-editor of
As Told: Brooklyn Histories a collection of oral histories by Brooklyn-area senior citizens for which they received a 2018-19 Taconic Fellowship from the Pratt Center for Community Development, a 2018-19 Action Grant from Humanities New York, and a 2018-19 Pratt Research Seed Grant.
With Amir Parsa, he is the editor/architect of the Twine variation of Parsa's {frst rvlt}.
Degnan was a founding editor of
The Felt (2015-2020), a journal of poetry and prose produced by Pratt Institute’s Graduate Writing Program.
