The University: Film Screening

Log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

The University is a narrative film following the aftermath of a sexual assault on a college campus. Told through the fictionalized narratives recounted to a Title IX tribunal, The University asks what justice might look like for survivors. The film generates conversation around the best practices for Title IX on college campuses and to offer support and connection for survivors and their peers who may feel isolated during the reporting and healing process, which demonstrates the critical creative practice and art with a social justice impact. It is paired with a free guidebook for creating change on campus, available here: www.theuniversitywebseries.com

The screening will include clips of the film, overview of the training materials, and a Q&A with director/writer/producer Juliana Roth.
